Representative/Supervisor
December 2006 - May 2008
Inbound call center with a very high call volume during peak season(September-November). Training temporary staff for calls from customers who needed help shopping for costumes, party supplies, etc. Some calls were reuters which required a little more training only to those who caught on fast. We also had Irate customers who wanted to speak to a Supervisor; that’s where I stepped in and defused the call by all means necessary.I worked well under pressure and became supervisor after working only 2 weeks. We had a lot of fun.
Journal Sentinel, Milwaukee — 2nd Shift /Outbound Sales Supervisor
February 2004 -- January 2006
I was responsible for a team of 15-20 people. It was an outbound commission based call center. The more papers you sold, the more money you made. There was no limit on the amount of money you could make. I was responsible for timesheets, paychecks, sales reports, motivating my team, giving out incentives, having competitions against other teams. Attending daily meetings, brainstorming on what we could do differently to motivate, encourage and increase our sales. We provided monthly outings to show appreciation of a job well done. It was a fun atmosphere. EDUCATION

Milwaukee Tech was still a great school when I was there. In 9th grade we had to take all these shop classes. I took Electrical, Auto, Drafting,Office Education, Algebra, Geometry and Chemistry. All these were required as a freshman. Sophomore through Senior year, you choose which shop you wanted to major in. When you graduate, you get two diplomas. One High School and one Technical. I chose Office Education. MATC, Milwaukee — Some College
