Professional Experience -
● Marley Spoon - Dallas, TX (March 2022 - June 2022) I was in charge of packing and shipping their dog food products. I also filled boxes on the assembly line, scanned, and was a QC.
● Unisource Information Services of Texas - Plano, TX (October 2019 - April 2020)
As Sr. Escrow Officer I was responsible for curative, closing disclosures, disbursements, recordings, title policies, scheduling of remote closings nationwide, and personally handled any issues that might arise in the process. My team of three were capable of closing over 200 loans a month.
Tatum Capital LLC - Dallas, TX (January 2018 - September 2019)
As the VP of Business Development my goal was to find loans that fit Tatum Capital's criteria. I assisted in taking loan applications, answering any and all questions that future residents may have.
● Unisource Information Services of Texas - Plano, TX (October 2016 - August 2017)

I was responsible for dispatching and leasing tractor trailers, tandem, demos, and round bottoms. But also focused on collecting reports for account receivable/payable accounts.
● Alpine Property Management- Garland, TX (October 2013 – October 2015)
As Inspection Coordinator, I was responsible for maintaining multiple properties which involved payable/receivables, scheduling vendors, contractors, and ensuring maintenance and rehabilitation of properties. Produced property condition reports and graphics. Performed health inspections upon lease renewal. I also was responsible for providing detailed 4 point photos of the outer and interior of homes,
and multi-family properties.
● REDC Default Solutions/Auction.com, Plano, TX (October 2012 - September 2013) As Operations Supervisor, I Implemented a quality assurance program with team members to improve efficiency and maintain an error free work environment due to high profiled weekly reports for properties that were date sensitive. Managed and directed the activities of 10 employees that researched over 1,000 foreclosed properties per month for auction prequalification.

As Sr. Escrow Officer/Manager my team and I were responsible for closing disclosures, curative, scheduling of remote closings nationwide in an extremely fast paced, deadline driven environment. My team of seven closed 300-350 loans a month!
