MKFE (Hungarian Carriers Road transport Association) The MKFE protects the interests of carriers (for goods and passengers) and provides services to its members.
I directly managed 30 people, 2,500 members and nearly 25,000 truck drivers. The company group is consisted of 4 companies (MKFE, MKFE Alkusz Ltd., MKFE Szolgaltato Ltd. and MKFE Kozuti Kozlekedesi Akademia Ltd.)
Starting from October 2021, I also became the Director of MKFE Szolgaltato Ltd. Activity and highlights:
I took over the management of the company with a HUF 74.000.000 HUF budget deficit. My goal was to reduce this to HUF 0 by the end of the year and to achieve a positive result in the following period. Our result at the end of the financial year was 18.000.000 HUF.
- We provided and took advantage of discounted fuel purchases,
- Option to pay road tolls later and
- We made it possible for our members to sell energy quotas to the gov.
