Effectively underwrite 75-135 loans per month.

Assigned Underwriter for Corporate Office and two other high production offices.

Solid ability to understand consumer and residential lending procedures and Investor & MI guidelines with the ability to effectively communicate same to production people – Loan Officers /Branch Managers & Processors.

Ensuring that compliance (i.e. TILA, RESPA, ECOA etc.) of all loans being underwritten are issued within the required timeframe.

Reviewed all financial data including; but not limited to, personal & corporate/partnership tax returns, profit & loss statements; paystubs, 1099’s & W2s to determine borrower income stability to ascertain DTI ratios per agency

& investor guidelines.

Assisted Post Closing Department; as needed; in clearing suspense/deficiency items.

EDUCATION
