Served as Scrum Master for T-Mobile Engagement for Digital Finance System (DFS) and Oracle Financial System for Loan and Lease (OFSLL)

As a Scrum Master, I was responsible for facilitating the Agile Release Train (ART) and the overall program execution, which involves coordinating multiple Scrum teams to deliver a large solution.

Responsible for facilitating all Agile ceremonies at the program level, including Program Increment (PI) Planning /Planning Interval, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) workshops.

Involve in facilitating all SCRUM events such as Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-up, Iteration Review and Iteration Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement.
