■ Office manager: Duties included oversight of entire office staff including, estimating, (I was lead estimator) heads of design department, fabrication, inventory, and field installation.

■ Produced monthly billing percentages for all projects based on completion. Had responsibility for following up with contractors for any late payments for all projects.

■ Lead weekly progress meetings between estimating, design, fabrication, and installation.

■ Had direct supervision over foremen for scheduling of design, fabrication and installation.

■ Responsibility for quarterly meeting reports to main office in Portland, Oregon. Worked with Portland to produce monthly billings, weekly labor reports, and general correspondence were timely to main office.

American Fire Systems Inc. Oct 1973 - Jun 2005

■ Obtained C-16 Contractors License State of California for American Fire Systems Inc. in October 1973. Sales were generally in the three (3) to Four (4) million range per annum.

■ 50% owner of American Fire Systems Inc. Had all responsibilities outlined above with Viking, plus annually arranged for insurance review for Workman's Comp., and Liability Insurance. Hired entire office and design staff, with input for installation personnel. Led all weekly meetings for scheduling and manpower needs, including Critical Path Projects. PERSONAL HISTORY:

Married 54 years, two adult children, two granddaughters, non-smoker. Hobbies include: golf, bowling, billiards, and arm chair quarterback for pro football. Native Californian, community involvement includes; City of Lodi, Crime Stoppers, Lodi City Personnel Board of Review Commissioner, active in my church over 40 years, past deacon and President of church congregation, worked with my wife consulting with pre-married and married, and lead divorce recovery workshops, and Boundaries classes. Have also served on San Joaquin Co. Habitat for Humanity as Family Selection Member, past President of San Joaquin Co. Chapter, and at-large board member. Have served on board and as past president on board of Parkview Terrace HOA for several terms. Past holder of California Real Estate Sales license, and current California C-16 contractors license (American Fire Systems Inc. currently on hold). SKILLS:
