1.- I graduated at Tecnologico Maracaibo in Cattle Technology in the year 1982 in the city of Maracaibo, Venezuela. After that, I graduated as a Licentiate in Education at Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador in the year 1998 in the city of Maracaibo, Venezuela and at the same Pedagogical University, I studied and completed a postgraduate degree in Educational Management in the year 2002.
