Led 4 Cloud-based 5 incremental product releases including Watson Platform for Health, Watson Health Imaging Analytics, Merge Cardio, and HEMO through DevOps CI/CD cycles.

IBM Watson Health is a multidisciplinary and multinational team in a highly regulated environment and heavily focused on protecting extremely sensitive data (SPI, PHI, and PII). It is complying with data privacy standards HIPAA, GDPR, supporting secure storage and operations using that data.

Watson Platform for Health product provides a health data platform as a service that life science, medical device companies, researchers, and others can use to create innovation solutions for their clients.

Worked with stakeholders on product release strategies, created roadmaps, project plans, and milestones.

Based on Agile methodology, ran daily Scrum, backlog review, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective, by using Atlassian JIRA/Confluence and GitHub. Managed team resources, schedules, commitments, prioritizations, and led weekly Scrum of Scrum meetings among 10 Scrum teams across 6 countries.

Translated business and technical needs into epics/stories, analyzed complex problems, managed prioritization challenges, identified issues, escalated risks along with a mitigation strategy resolved issues, and created new solutions and process improvements. Created and presented weekly reports for executives.
