Increase in enrollments of sickle cell babies in the clinic and thus the crisis is less reported now

Collection of viral load, EID, CD4, and sputum and packaging awaiting transportation.

Achievements:
Managed to improve the TAT for tests especially tests like VL and CD4 that would go to other labs and take months before patients could get their results back.
Was able to successfully run QCs on a daily which was not there before
