Investigate proposals for modifying equipment or its operation for increased performance or to obtain requested data for development, standardization, and quality control. Analyzes test results in relation to specifications and test objectives and then modifies or adjusts equipment to meet specifications as needed. Maintains tools, supplies and spare parts inventory for equipment and critical systems. Maintains and executes preventive maintenance program on a scheduled basis to ensure reliability of equipment. Support engineering in machine validation. Interface daily with Manufacturing, Engineering and shop (machine and maintenance) personnel to support manufacturing operation activities.
