Project Description:
IMMS is the best of breed application used by Tenet to provide the Material Management and Account Payable solution for Tenet facilities/sites. IMMS was designed and
implemented by AMI (American Medical International) in the late 1980’s. When NME
(National Medical Enterprises) and AMI merged, IMMS was chosen over MMIS to be the
Material Management and Account Payable system of choice.
Role & Responsibilities:
●Finding defects, analysis, resolving, testing and moving it to Production.
●Developing online interface using ADS-O
●Status calls with Onsite leads to discuss the project status.
●Migration of components using Endevor.
●Divestiture for hospitals, i.e. divesting that hospital from the IMMS system to a sub-system and Support them fully.
●Created Service now records to implement the changes in production.
●Involved in preparing the UTPs (Unit test plans) and also in the unit testing and Integration testing (TAT).

Project Description:
The Client, being the biggest Student loans provider in the US for decades, wanted to expand their scope beyond Student Loans. They wished to step into the ‘Payments Collection’ market for debt holders. Though the Client already has a payment collection process in place, it is more specific to Student Loans model. Hence the Client has entrusted Cognizant with the responsibility to build a ‘stand-alone’ product for payment collections that can be used across the different lines of businesses such as Credit Unions, Auto Lenders, Medical Debt Holders etc.,
Role & Responsibilities:
●Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding, Test Plan Preparation, Unit Testing and UAT Support
●Developing an online interface using ADS-O.
●Using IDMS database to fetch records from the COBOL program.
●OLQ was used to match the record.

Project Description:
The Client has entrusted Cognizant with the responsibility to provide maintenance, enhancement and support for the EAGLE 1 Applications. EAGLE (Effective Administration of Guaranteed Loans for Education) is the operating system that tracks all of the Federal Family Education Loan Program (FFELP) loan origination and guarantee activities that the bank administers on behalf of their customers.
Role & Responsibilities:

●Solving Priority #1, Priority #2 and Priority #3 incidents
