Brand Ambassador:

● GMR Marketing. As a brand Ambassador, we were to be on time, prepared and personable. We were responsible for all of the equipment that was entrusted to us including an iPad, coupons, information pamphlets, courier bag, and more. As a brand ambassador we were also to speak with as many people as possible while being knowledgeable about the brand we were representing. (2018) Customer Service:

● HealthFirst. In my time with HealthFirst, I worked with Medicaid, Medicare and Paid plans for our members. I was to use multiple systems to authenticate and then help the member figure out what their issue was and how to fix it as efficiently as possible. This was a work from home call center during the COVID pandemic. (2020 - 2021)

● Mercer Call Center. Mercer is a Health Benefits administration company where I assisted participants from different clients such as Colgate, Kelloggs, CBS, Time Warner (Warner Bros.), AIG, with their health benefits. Very high paced job which required the employee (myself) to multitask: speaking with the participant and using five or more systems at once. (2016)

● RI HealthCare. As an employee of RI HealthCare’s call center, I was to work with individuals who were receiving public health insurance. I worked with the Medicaid and escalations team, as well. We were to use four systems and speak with clients on the phone, simultaneously. (2017)

Social/Community Work:

● SNAP Outreach Project. I helped clients apply for SNAP (formally known as Food Stamps) or help them resolve situations they had with their current cases. I also worked at the Outreach Project’s hotline on which I would answer calls and help people resolve any problem they may have had in their SNAP case. (2013-2015) Education
