SKILLS

Prepare components to be used on the assembly using Automatic Saw, T-Drill, Hole Punch, Drill Press, Tape Measure, Tube Bending Machine, Air Gun Drill, Wire Brush and Forklift to move the units around.

Braze Copper with dexterity and attention to detail.

Build, assemble and braze piping, coil headers, expansion valves, filter dryer, liquid line solenoid, compressors, check valve with hand torch and alloy rod for HVAC, CRAC, CRAH, Fluid Coolers, Condensers and Condensing units according to blueprint specifications and work order.

Select coils, copper pipe size, copper u-bends, compressors, valves per drawing or bill of materials.

Examine seam and re-braze defective joints or broken parts.

Melt and separate brazed joints to remove and straighten damaged or misaligned components, using hand torch or furnace.

Align and secure work pieces in fixtures, jigs or vise using tape measure, level or templates. REFERENCES
