PROFILE
I describe myself as an optimistic person, always considering the good things out of any circumstance, especially thinking how to take advantage of any opportunity. Even though many would consider that at my age I have achieved a great amount of goals, I am still always searching to achieve more.
If I had to describe myself, I would consider that I am the type of person that is always trying to see things differently, specifically in trying to find new ways to accomplish any task I am assigned to.
People close to me, also consider me as someone who always has an answer to any matter, and I would say that is correct, I dislike to not know an answer of a questioned I am asked, therefore when I don’t have it, I search for it.
I am always in search of new adventures, I am not one to stay still and is always looking for new insights in how I can change the ambient around me, I don’t consider anything to be perfect and accept any observations of what I am doing.
Another characteristic of my persona, is that Carlos Pineda is a team player, I am solidary with people and always try to bring in close anyone around to partake in the task or assignment we have, most people find in me support, someone to talk to and drain any bad energies.

I worked during 5 different Elections 2015-2016-2017-2018 and 2021; initially as an Integrated System Operator (2015-2016) then ascended to Tech Support (2017) and then ascended to Coordinator of Electoral Centers (2018-2021).

(August 2020 – February 2021) as a Substantiating attorney in the institution.

(December 2021 – Currently) as Chief of the Legal Deparment.
I have over six (06) years of working experience as both chief and subordinate, which means that I have developed abilities that allow me to make important decisions under pressure and to understand what being efficient means.

January 2020 – Dictate a presentation called “Venezuela and the HRC” at the University of the Andes.
September to October 2019 – Internships in the Permanent Mission of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the Human Rights Council of the United Nations.
