1.Incidence Monitoring, Assignment & Acknowledgement Automation: - The purpose of this Automation is to reduce manual efforts of Monitoring and Assigning tickets to designated person. The Automation reads the ticket description as an array of keywords and selects assignment group and assignee on finding the match in the excel file containing mapping of keywords to assignment group, assignee, email-IDs and sends automated acknowledgements
