Roles and responsibilities:

To undertake all inspections to the highest possible standards and in a timely manner adhering to all agreed timescales.

Construction supervision of roads and road maintenance works, preparation of working drawing, detailed estimates, bill of quantities.

Identify the defect on road assets, safety assets.

Organize site work day by day according to the site condition and project schedule.

Coordination with construction, installation team.

Place the traffic signs on the roads, identify the missing sign.

In case of emergency make safety (Accident).

Creating PM/CM work orders.

Identify Road defects and potholes and sinkholes, Road cracks, depressions, shoving, edge cracks, Road bleeding, Rutting, patches.

Identify Safety Defects Crash barriers, Crash cushions, ornamental fans, interlocks, pedestrian gate rails, delineators.

Receive claims and allocate for investigation

Collate and check all required supporting documentation (e.g. Inspection records, repair records, customer enquiries, utility records) for each claim. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Diploma in Quantity Surveying at Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka.

Draughtsman ship at Provincial Department of Education in Sri Lanka OTHER QUALIFICATION

Diploma in AutoCAD
