David estimates all electrical issues for proposed IDIQ projects. Maintain shop in a clean and organized manner including inventory of supplies. Make required repairs to all building systems.

National Archives and Records Administration – Lead Electrician performed upgrades and modifications of new and existing electrical systems. David developed excellent public relations skills in order to effectively collaborate with customers and subordinate personnel. Constant interaction and collaboration with the following are essential for building operations: NARA maintenance department, building engineers motors and controls, control technician on HVAC equipment, locksmith door controls, plumber motor and pumps, elevator technician for power supply, fire alarm technician, maintenance mechanic for renovations, and high and low voltage testing.
