As part of Coca-Cola HBC's Graduate Technical Training, I went through rigorous technical and leadership (classroom and on-the-job) training for 20 months focused on plant engineering and maintenance systems, production operations, quality assurance/control, supply chain services, and general management, after which I was conferred with the Utility Technician title.
Training Modules:
●Process & Packaging Machinery - Fillers, Stretch-Blowmold, Packers, Bottles Washers, etc.
●Plant Utilities - Steam Boilers, LP and HP air compressors, HVAC, Combined Heat and Power System, Tri-Generation System, etc.
●Water Treatment, Syrup Making and Effluent Treatment Processes.
●Warehousing, Inventory Management and Supply Chain
●Quality Assurance/Control, Health, Safety, and Environment.

Projects include:
Assembling of All Surface Electronic Bottle Inspection (ASEBI) machine from recovered decapitalized machine parts. The conveyor was arranged in a closed loop to allow for automatic reintroduction into the inspection station.
Key Contributions:
●Was a member of the Energy Conservation team in both Port Harcourt and Ikeja Plants respectively reducing energy and water wastages significantly leading to a 12% savings in Energy usage at Port Harcourt Plant
●Participated in successful equipment overhauls on utilities equipment
●Participated in production line recapitalization project on Filler, Washer, Palletizer, Packer, Unpacker and Conveyors
●Designed the low pressure (LP) pipe layout
●Performed an LP air audit to discover and close out wastages resulting in a 3% reduction of daily LP air consumption in Ikeja Plant
●Performed gauge audits in Iron Removal Plants in Ikeja Plant
●Performed AHU audits in Ikeja Plant A, resulting in the replacing of damaged AHUs for upgraded performance
●Volunteered and completed the asset verification exercise for 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2022 business years for Ikeja Plant, Mushin and Otta depots.
