● Planning and executing activities on daily, weekly, monthly basis on co-ordination with the construction schedule.

● Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building.

● Capacity planning scheduling of work for workers in order to meet deadline of the project.

● Responsible for the entire site operations and as a middle man within site and management.

● To follow up with the engineers and immediate supervison for the changes in drawing as well as in work.

● Supervising the installation of chiller, AHU, Pumps, Extract Fans & Jet Fans.

● Supervise installation of chilled water pipe work.

● Supervise installation of Duct work, GI & pre insulated Duct.

● Quantity taken from drawings and ordering material as per requirement.

● Material follows up and record keeping.

● Testing and pre-commissioning of the system.

● Maintenance and trouble shooting of air conditioning equipment’s,

● Supervising installation of insulation work.

● Providing all the necessary details to the charge in hand for the work to be implemented.

● Monitor site functioning and submit progress report every fortnight to the superiors.

● Supervise all duct activities - 1st fix, 2nd fix, 3rd fix & etc. to make sure that the works have been properly executed.

● All kind of fabrication of Galvanized & Pre-insulated duct.

● All kind of insulation and cladding.

● All kind of maintenance works

● Co-ordinate with MEP & civil activities to ensure smooth Mechanical activities.

● Preparation of quantities for Ducting, CHW piping, DX units and related accessories. Academic Qualification:

HSC completed in year 2001 (Narayan Mahavidyalaya college at Bihar). Technical Qualification:

Completed 6 months Certificate course of Mechanical Engineering from 11/06/2012 to 10/12/2012 from AL SHABAKA TECHNICAL INSTITUTE U.A.E Software Proficiency:-
