OBJECTIVE: application for RN job

Hard working and responsible individual seeking employment at a level 1 trauma center. Having earned my Master in nursing degree from India in 2015 before that, done my diplomas in nursing from Guru Hargobind College of nursing Raikot (India). During my diploma I am took my training in different hospital of Punjab and dealing with the patients. Completion of my diploma course I did job in cardiac hospital for 4 months. I deal with cardiac patients during my 4 month job in the hospital. After that m done my Bachelor of science B.sc nursing from kular college of nursing khanna (India). When I came in united state then I obtained my Nursing Assistant Certification in August2016 and I work in health care centre in Fresno from October 2016 to janurary 2017. After that I work as CNA with horizon health and rehabilitation center for 3 months under MAXIM COMPANY. Then I quit my for further study for RN but did not pass on that time so again I started my previous job as CNA in PACIFIC GARDEN AND REHABLITATION CENTER from OCTOBER 2016- OCT 2018. Now I passed my test and looking for job as RN.

Primary responsibility-

Provided medicine to the residents and looking for diagnostic treatment.

Checking on residents for their pain and treat with medicine and any non medicated treatment.

Attentive any un expected condition with my patient and around my surrounding.

Completing documentation on forms, logs and records and reporting to next shifts for continuum of care.
