As a field Supervisor, I was responsible for providing directions to the painters, laying out and coordinating the workflow of jobs, preparing material lists, ordering supplies, delivering materials, instructing workers on safety rules, maintaining, and checking stock levels. I managed several crews of painters for new construction subdivisions which included condominiums, and multifamily homes.
