Purchase order material like VVVF Drive, Door drive, contactor, motor, controller board, screen sensor, relay, safety switches, limit switches, wires, traveling cable, ARD (automatic rescue device), level sensor, encoder, relay, transformer, light, fan, weight sensor, Door operator, call booking push button, high voltage capacitor and semiconductor etc I need to inspect the description, specification, quantity, quality, I need to test the sample, working conduction and operation.

After checking purchase ordered material according to invoice we need to prepare inspection report after approving the PO order material and according to serial no bar-code need to paste for FIFO (first in first out) and stock checking, maintain report.

As well as AMC job fault material and Billing job fault material like VVVF Drive, Door drive, controller board, level sensor, screen sensor, ARD board from various branches we need to receive, visualize, material reuse, Aged material, type of fault etc and we need to troubleshoot, repair, check the basic conduction, working operation, load test, simulator test, failure report data entry, spare material used data entry etc.

Spare material monthly stock taking, service spare material purchase order from vendor, following vendor for material delivery according to invoice.

System work like data entry, service report, GRN (goods receipt note), MR (material receipt), inspection approval, defective material receipt, main stock material and sub stock material dispatching to other branch.

Now currently iam working as a team leader in quality control dept in PUNE MAHARASTRA, western region testing material, erection, AMC faulty material all we received, pcb troubleshooting and working function testing in simulation control panel and dispatching, in my team six members are under my control.
