Maintain the HVAC equipment running efficiency and accurately, record all temperatures, pressure reading of the equipment every morning through bas system. Also perform interior and exterior building tour checking chiller operation UPS, RPP, PDU, Chill water pumps. Check RTU units Exhaust fans emergency lights and fire control panel.

Maintain equipment chiller, air handles, and water pumps, low pressure boilers to be normal operation, also, check temperature and pressure reading on the system. Perform testing on the generator and record running time on the log book, check water level and diesel level. Perform quarterly and annually pm on the equipment.
