Maintain the HVAC equipment running efficiency and accurately, record all temperatures, pressure reading of the equipment every morning through bas system. Also check chill water pumps operations and take performing testing on the generator and record running reading on the log book. Record UPS temperature reading. Also perform interior and exterior building tour checking chiller operation UPS, RPP, PDU, Chill water pumps. Check RTU units Exhaust fans emergency lights and fire control panel.

2011-2012

Maintain the HVAC equipment running efficiency and accurately. Also check chill water pumps operation, low boiler running operation, and record temperature and pressure reading on the log Book. Check fire alarm and control panel, replace circuits’ brakes and fixture, ballast scroll compressors, condenser units and perform quarterly air filters change. Replace water valve and gaskets.

2004-2010

BUILDING ENGINEER, COMPLETED BUILDING SERVICES

Maintain equipment chiller, air handles, and water pumps, low pressure boilers to be normal operation, also, check temperature and pressure reading on the system. Perform interior and exterior tour and check RTU units, check exhaust fans, bathroom urinals, lights water circulation pumps, cooling tower and roof drain. Perform testing on the generator and record running time on the log book, check water level and diesel level. Perform quarterly and annually pm on the equipment. Change Air filters quarterly, grease motors and clean coils. Routing change lights, ballast, belts, starters, and perform fire control panel quarterly. 3
