Retail Mortgage: Completed complex reviews underwriting to risk for Agency, Portfolio, Equity, and Construction to Perm lending. Utilized FNMA tools: Collateral Underwriter, Ask Poli, Black Knight – CMS platform, OKTA, and EPIC LOS.

Reviewed appraisal for appropriateness, drafted review write-up and entered into GAAR in CMS - approving or declining the valuation. Provided notes to the loan team in Notepad within LOS, approved valuation in LOS and confirmed Property Appraisal and GAAR were uploaded to GDR.

Leveraged team members and management for high risk scenarios that were considered to be overvaluations through UCDPs with unsupported, unreliable, or unrealistic data provided by the appraiser. Often, appraisals would be moved to DNA status and revision requests would be sent to AMCs for the appraiser to make any/all appropriate revisions necessary to support the opinion of value.

Performed complex reviews on side by side valuations of bank asset properties that were located nationwide to determine accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, reasonableness, and compliance to bank guidelines and USPAP requirements to evaluate the bank’s risk exposure.

Vendors were contacted regarding any appropriate revision requests or client disputes in the process of determining appropriateness.

Used CMS platform, GAAR360, EVElyn, ICMP, Realist and online resources (eg. Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, County tax records) while maintaining SLA and production goals established by upper management.
