Warehouse Background Check

Thank you for your interest in a career with Rooms To Go. Please follow the below steps to move through our Hiring process. We are excited you have accepted our offer of employment. Please note your employment is contingent upon successful clearing of our background screenings.

Accepting Offer Letter: 1st - Email from **-*****@**********.***

- You will receive an email with a link to talentReef. o Log into your talentReef account using your phone number and password created to review and accept the offer.

o Complete within 3 days of receiving the email.

Background Check Authorization: 2nd - Email from *******@*********.********.***

- You will receive an email or text (if you opted in to receive texts) with a link to complete your background from Employment Screening Services (ESS). o Ensure you complete the required information within 24 hours from the date you received your offer letter.

Drug Test/Physical Exam: 3rd - Email from ***********@***.***

(check your Junk/Spam folders)

- You will receive an email with up to two forms within it: an authorization coversheet and important details concerning your Drug Test… and if the position requires it, details for your Physical Examination. o Ensure you complete within 48 hours of email delivery. 1. ePassport – This form is for the Drug Screen you will need to show this email via your cell phone or print from the email and provide to the screening site. 2. You may also need to perform a physical, depending on role. If so, you will receive an RTG Authorization for Physical – you will need to PRINT this form from the email and provide this coversheet for location and hours of operation. When you are successfully cleared for hire

Complete Onboarding Forms: 4th – Email from **-*****@**********.***

- Once you are cleared for hire, you will receive the last email to complete onboarding forms. o Acknowledge company policies and benefit plans, complete the I-9 authorization, and W4 Federal and State Tax forms.

o We will call and confirm your orientation date.

NOTE: All of the above tasks must be completed before moving forward with employment at Rooms To Go.
