• Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests at the bar or in lounge area, while staying alert to their needs and responding effectively to guest inquiries.

• Plan functions such as club parties, birthday parties, company parties, holiday parties, and other corporate events attended by 50-200 people.

• Contracted with many vendors who provided service for plumbing, pest control, air conditioning, etc.

• Ordered and negotiated food, liquor, and restaurant supplies utilizing multiple vendors to ensure best value and quality were achieved.

• Hired, trained, and supervised up to 30 staff and associates including wait, support, bartender, and kitchen staff.

• Created and maintained staffs’ weekly schedules.

• Reconciled closing revenues of approximately $8,000 or more per night. 2022
