Objectives:

To secure a position as a HSE Officer in a reputed firm where I can utilize my skills and thereby strive for the improvement of the firm and my career also having greatly experienced in the field of NDT Coordinator. Almost 5years extensive Inspection experience with Multinational Companies on Oil & Gas and Refinery Projects, Cross Country PipeLines, Petrochemical, Power Plants and all phases of construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Currently working as HSE Officer with RAPCO GROUPS CO for Clean Fuel Project Ras-Tanura Saudi Aramco Project from 07th January until now.

My Role in Safety Projects:

● Experience of Implementation of HSE Policies, Procedures.

● Making Daily Routine Inspection at Work Site.

● Keep A Record of All Safety Meeting.

● Keep Record of Injuries, property damages, Fire.

● Incident or Accident investigation and reporting.

● Safety audit on site, instruction and training the company and contractor staff.

● Supervision of all construction works on site.

● Practicing Critical and Mandatory HSE Procedures: Stop Work and Hazard Search

● Making reports and investigation of all near miss-incidents

● Ensuring that safety equipment (in Fire Fighting Equipment) is always ready for use, monitor expiry date and inspection requirements.

● Coordinated with the emergency service personnel and engineer and provided support on the technical aspect of the Fire Hazard Analysis.

● Prepared the written documents for the Fire Protection to be followed by the subcontractors.

● Conducted regular training programs for the Fire and Life Safety Programs.

● Measuring, packaging, labeling and recording medications issued to patients.

● Coordinated with field offices to identify procurement requirements.

● Provided regular status reports to field offices.

● Outstanding experience in administrating logistics operations

● Ensured that health products meet appropriate quality standards.

● Tracked movement of shipments from supplier to destination.

● Ensuring the accuracy of all prescriptions, products and services supplied. Accountability of NDT experienced:

Accountable for all NDE related matters including equipment, staff and subcontractors. Tracking detailed cost of all NDE personnel & equipment per project. Validating of NDE procedural instructions or subcontractors procedures & techniques. Reviewing and approving vendor NDE reports. Interpret codes, standards and specifications with relation to NDE methods, procedures, techniques and acceptance of criteria.

Verifying NDE qualification by cross-checking of all NDE Technicians both client and client's subcontract personnel.

Performing random NDE audits for vendor packages that received at site and site generated punch lists for projects.

Ensuring correct compilation of NDE documents as per project requirements. Ensuring all requirements of approved international radiation safety standards, precaution and regulations as per local authority requirements are enforced and practiced accordingly. Developing and implementing in-house training program and arrange examinations as appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS:

Independent certified NDT qualifications.

5 year experience as NDE Coordinator, 2 years in Supervisory level would be advantage. WORK EXPERIENCE:
