Customer Service/Cashier
● Greet customers in a friendly way when entering the restaurant
● Take customers orders with accuracy, to individual specification and read back order to make sure it was entered correctly.
● Receive method of payment cash, credit card, coupons or McDonald’s vouchers, and make change for customers who pay in cash and issue receipts.
● Present order to customers, thank guests and invite them back.
● Answer questions pertaining to food and nutrition facts.
● Maintain a clean and orderly work station and take out trash at the end of each shift
● Stock and restock work station and display cases.
● Wash, dry and put away dishes.
Cook
● Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas in accordance with OSHA standards, clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils and equipment
● Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity, rotate food for freshness
● Cook and package batches of food, such as hamburgers and fried chicken, which are prepared to order or kept warm until sold.
● Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
● Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by patron, and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
