He also learned and modified existing java code to fix issues and to add new functionalities to the existing java projects. He also helped the Java developer team with JUnit.

From these projects, Mr. Le used many Oracle and MySQL functions in his PL/SQL procedures, such as: oracle LOAD DATA function to import .csv files into oracle database; used Load Data Local INFILE to import data from text files into MySQL tables; used Export and Import features in MySQL Workbench to backup and refresh databases. RPLANS is a web-based application utilizing an Oracle 11, DHTMLX, PL/SQL, SQL, JavaScript, and APEX.

Mr. Le was leading the ETL process that pulls in units' stationing, which uses to build the unit hierarchy. The ETL process also pulls in units' population, assets, requirements, projects, and other attributes to calculate asset allowances for the unit, which then roll up to the complex, site, base, installation, IMO, IMOA, and the US ARMY. The ETL process takes three weeks to complete; it has 100-plus PL/SQL procedures and functions, 100-plus tables and million records of data.

Mr. Le designed the Data Validation report, a dynamic validation process that allows users to validate their real-estate allowances, requirements, assets, excess and deficits, and report up to the chain of command. Mr. Le also designed the Footprint Reduction Plan report, a process that allows users to plan for excess reduction and report up to the chain of command. Mr. Le also lead and worked on the Planning Module that allows users to plan for asset reduction or asset increment when moving units from a batallion to another battalion.

From these projects, Mr. Le wrote many PL/SQL procedures and functions and used many Oracle functions, such as: bulk collect, pivot, partition by, forall, merge insert update, result_cache relies_on, and oracle hints. He used Drools to check for user permissions; he used Ajax to hide and show the fields on the fly, and to change data set in the drop downs. He also used java scripts to do on the fly calculations.

He is fluent with H-SQL and oracle SQL and used them to pull data for reports, list pages, and searches.

He lead and developed many modules in ENGLink, in particular the Deployment module, the vital application with the most use and which is the most complex module in ENGLink. It consists of 30+ tables and 40,000+ lines of code.

Mr. Le created APEX interactive reports for the Mission Power module and the Deployment module.
