Grill Cook Salad Bar

I was a cook in the United States Army, grill cook, breakfast, lunch and dinner! I did salad bar! 1986-1989! I worked as a correctional Dietary Officer! 2006-2021! Was responsible for supervising inmates preparing the meals, sanitizing and sanitation, making sure temperatures were kept and correct for all meals!
