Lead teams to create charter/procurement scopes and phase 1 schedules/estimates. (Projects were not funded on yearly budget cycle, but from left over projects funding. October 2013 to November 2021: I&C Project Manager: Entergy: Managed over 20 Stage gated I&C projects within design, installation and O&M departments.

Project Manager for Chevron’s’ Escravos Export System FEED and Detail Engineering, a 24-mile pipeline $210 Million.
Managed the FEED and Detail utilizing Chevron CHPDEP on schedule and on budget with excellent quality.
Worked closely with the construction manager, vendors and client procurement team experts to develop WBS work packages, procurement logistics including lead times for scheduling efforts, bid exception impacts to schedule or budget or quality concerns. Developed and reported full risk assessment.
Project Manager responsibilities as the Chevron ‘Escravos Tank Vent Management FEED Project at mid-way point, in trouble due to a poorly managed T&M contract.
Took over project that was scheduled to last 8 months, however had been going on for a year and 50% done-- with no turnover. Successfully turned an extremely non-cooperative FODE team into producers, while soothing an extremely agitated client into giving FODE reasonable marks for quality. Finished the project in 2.5 months.

I&C Project Manager for the Crude Oil Export Facility FEED, Detail Design Construction and Commissioning Project $520 Million : Joined the team at the beginning of Front End Loading where the project was in trouble not hitting scope, budget or schedule targets. Brought the project in under budget at $490 million on schedule
Project Manager for the Gas and Condensate Telemetry SCADA Project engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning Budget $65 Million: Brought the project in within the target time line at cost, meeting all contract obligations.
