Attn: Engineering Manager,

Consider me as a candidate for a position in your organization. Enclosed you will find a resume of qualifications which will provide you with information concerning my background of experience and abilities. With thirty-one years of hands-on experience in the installation, repair, and alignment of a variety of audio and visual studio broadcast equipment; RF transmitter installation and maintenance and satellite field support coupled with a high level of computer and automation skills, I can become a valuable asset to your organization.

My experience with the maintenance of Professional Broadcast Equipment has covered virtually every circuit down to component level. In addition, I am proficient in the design, implementation and maintenance of automation hardware and software in both Television and Radio Environments. I have experience maintaining most of the sub-systems in a modern TV Station including the RF and Microwave chain, Telemetrics and other remote control interface systems. I believe that the combination of smart work ethic and computer interfacing go hand in hand in today’s competitive market.

I have demonstrated excellent learning skills, as well as the ability to instruct peers through supervised apprenticeship regimens. I have also successfully implemented Quality Control programs that substantially decreased negative On-Air Impact and developed a managerial hierarchy for better employee relations. I possess the "Team Player" attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. My employment record shows a history of dependability, efficiency and competence combined with integrity and a desire to succeed.

If it appears that my qualifications meet the needs of your organization, I would appreciate an opportunity to discuss how my services may benefit you. Your response and consideration will be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Brad K. Butzbach, CSTE, CBNT
