Built curtain walls and store fronts..worked with hand tools and power tools ...Glazing was a big part making sure it was sealed so no water could get through. Used Boom Lift to carry glasss to put in holes in the curtain wall, used suction cups, hammer drills, drills and impacts, jigsaw miter saw. Had to add and minus fractions in head when reading tape measure for right measurements and laser setting for steel for the curtainwall.

Mitigated water smoke fire mold damage for insruance on residential. Tore it out and put it back sheet rock trim floors paint. Started out being in water mitigation, used water meters to determine what the damage was and how bad, tore up partially to be dried out before repair we used, commercial dehumidifiers, and fans to dry out. Then got put on put backs basically home remodeling and construction depending on the problem.

I was mainly the poly guy i sat down frames put deck pad found the covers and inlay for the sofa or chair push it up find the cushions backs poly that goes with that specific sofa or chair. When the lead was gone which was most the time in morning and afternoon i ran the computer the walkie talkie was lead for staging to the day ended or whatever time he came in to work that morning..
