reason for leaving- I was accused of signing a w.o. using customers name. which I did, however I had the customers ok. it was a supermarket and after completing the w.o. I went to have him sign, he was in the deli with plastic gloves on, we are very friendly and I told him I would sign for him, he said that would be fine. I never got a chance to explain my side to Watson, I was blindsided and left very confused about the whole thing. was told they had a zero tolerance .

they put a stop to all new construction due to the economy, which meant we relied on work orders to stay busy, so on a busy day I would fix 2 lights and one would just be replacing the lamps, it made for very long days, and a large pay increase also played a factor in the decision to leave.
