• Hired by Founder/CEO and new Private Equity Owners to start the accounting department, which was previously outsourced to an accounting firm.
• Led the financial due diligence for two subsequent private equity sales, and three acquisitions

• Led four rounds of venture capital and an internal recapitalization amongst investors.
• Prepared due diligence, S-1, and investor road show materials and implemented public reporting standards as a key member of management team that readied the company for its IPO.
• Sold the Company to a leading buyout firm for a 9x return to investors.
• Implemented Company-wide reorganization designed to better allocate resources in alignment with revenues. This resulted in a 30% staff reduction, break-even cash position, and increased operating efficiency.
