Daily activities included supporting teams with SCM requests, maintaining code stability using Continuous integration methods, deployment and troubleshooting other day-to-day issues.
Worked closely with Software Development teams to educate and implement Git branching strategies and best practices. Configured Docker containers and created a Docker file for different environments. Used Docker files to build images. Push Docker images into Docker hub using Docker compose to run multiple containerized applications.
Designed and implemented new standards for permission and access management, removing almost all usage of static credentials, and established credential rotation.
Creation of IAM Users and Groups in AWS and maintaining users access and permissions.
Use of configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible. Used Ansible playbooks to execute commands, run scripts, install packages, and webservers.
