• Supervises, develops and maintains an ongoing maintenance operation for the building, including trash removal, basic heating, plumbing, lighting, and maintenance.

• Painting, repairs, furnishings, relocation of equipment, and reallocation of space.

• Provide attention to the appearance of common areas for a safe and adequate living/working environment.

• Knowledge of building systems and their respective operating sequences, strategies, and best practices.

• Responsible for understanding and complying with safety and emergency escalation procedures.

● Respond to daily maintenance emergency calls, complete work orders.

● Maintain building in clean condition at all times, including common areas and parking lots.

● Inspect and insure cleanliness of building.

● Places garbage/recycling at street on appropriate days; keeps garbage area organized.

● Cleans and vacuums hallways throughout building.
