● Respond to daily maintenance emergency calls, complete work orders.
● Maintain building in clean condition at all times, including common areas and parking lots.
● Communicate effectively with property manager, tenants and vendors.
● Complete or supervise repairs as needed.
● Inspect and insure cleanliness of building.
● Places garbage/recycling at street on appropriate days; keeps garbage area organized.
● Cleans and vacuums hallways throughout building.
