Main Responsibilities :

Ensure the integrity and sustainability of Production by effective maintenance management of the Instrumentation and control system.

Technical Responsibilities:

Installation and configuration of newly installed field transmitters and field wiring termination.

Corrective maintenance includes online/Offline System Fault tracing, field instruments calibration and testing.

Preventive maintenance includes transmitters/Sensors and pressure gauges routine checkups and PLC/DCS (Honeywell) control system periodic backup image building.

Complete maintenance, overhauling & testing all types of motors during shutdown.

Complete operation, overhauling of MCC,s, Motor starting & speed control methods VFD,s (ABB, Siemens, Winner along with control wiring, troubleshooting and parameters setting etc),DOL starters, star delta starters, reverse &forward starter, reactor start motor ckt etc.

Implementation of CT,s and PT,s for protection and measuring purpose. Complete installation & routing of Earthing system and power cables laying in complete trenching & ducting.

Operation, maintenance, troubleshooting of Refine centrifugal machines along with PLC

(Siemens),proximity switches, F/I converters, thermistors.

Installation and troubleshooting of RTD,s PT100(0C to 200C) and K-type thermocouples through by complete drawing, calibration of different gauges.

Operation of 6MW back pressure steam Turbine and low-pressure 80Ton/HR Boiler.

Complete, Erection and commissioning of 84TON/HR high pressure steam boiler along with power and control termination for ID,FD,SD fan motors include vf d,s (ABB) and Installation, configuration of field transmitters & its field wiring termination for DCS(Honeywell) with DESCON Pakistan.
