Front Desk Office Receptionist

hi my name is Jessica Jiron, i currently work as a dental office receptionist at a family dental office in massapequa for the past 2 and a half years. I make appointments, get patient information, and help patients with referrals to other offices we work close with. I also help with the billing. I contact insurance companies about claims and explanation of benefits and payments. I’m involved with customer service at the desk and helping the back office with the billing each month. I have prior experience working in customer service at a hotel in westbury, ny at the front desk as a front desk agent for 2 years.
