I worked since March -2020 until May 2021; I was working as a Superintendent at the : Air Force of Homestead Florida with the U.S. ARMY Corp of Engineers.

Empire USA Construction:

I worked since: August 2018 until March 2020 I work as Construction Superintendent, at City of Medley Florida; Miami, 20,000 sqf’ thousand square feet; warehouse here I started from ground up to completion also I did another project in Boca Raton stucco work like 40,000 sqf’, Also in North Miami plenty house remodeling.

Moss Construction:

I worked for Moss: from April : 2017 until July 2018: I worked as a Assistance superintendent at 801 Brickel Ave SLS Building high rise building, 60 floors high. My duties here were: in charge;

M.P.E. from level; 45 true 60 also, I was in charge of tiles, carpentry, painters, stucco, data, fire sprinkler etc: Also here I was dealing with plenty inspections and sub-contractors every day; In this project I had it plenty responsibilities such as: communications, managements and coordination, with the Sub- Contractors and inspectors every day.

Turin- Construction:

Started May 23/ 2016 to March 2017: I worked as a Construction Superintendent, at 22025 S.W. 87 Ave at Homestead Florida, I was in charge of a big remodeling construction School approximate 300;000 thousand square feet, here I am dealing plenty sub-contractors: also, we did it another chapter school at Florida City Homestead, like 5000 SQF’, and Hialeah Florida.

Clear Span Construction:

I worked from: March- 2015 to May 2016; I worked as Senior- Superintendent, in Lake Worth Road in West Palm Beach Florida, I was in charge for a project approximate 80,,000 sqf’ of construction, it was a complex of rehabilitation center ; I was there for a short time with any problem, I had it like 20 sub-contractors company. And I have like 60 employees every day. Later September 22-1015 ‘Clear Span Construction moved me to Miami to do another big project, called Greyhound Bus Maintenance Facility; I started it here in September 2015 until May 2016 this project have an approximate 100,000 Thousand square feet of Construction. Here I start from ground cero to finished such as: sewers; drainages, to build up, this project was involve; with C.M.U. & Metal Building also; Gas Station Pump, parking lot, Hotel I was in charge of the whole project with plenty of details and inspections every day approximate 25 sub-contractors; and 80 peoples every day.

D.K.R.of South Florida Corp.

December- 2012 to November 2014: I worked as a Project Manager. While I worked for this company, I was in charge of all papers work such as: permit, submittals; RFI, Change Orders etc. and deals with all sub, as Mechanical, Plumbing, Electricals, Sprinklers, I done plenty interior remodeling like, tiles, marbles, drywall, finisher, paint, plumbing; Therefore I remodeled many apartment at Biscayne Blvd in Miami FL ;Complex name, The Jockey Club. This project was approximated 40,000 Sqf’.

Also; I worked at 704 North Ocean Blvd: Pompano Beach Fl. Replacing Chinese Drywall this project was approximated 20;000 Sqf’.

Foreman-Construction.

10/2011 to November 2012; I worked at U.M. University of Miami as Sub-Contractor for Foreman-Construction doing all types of construction work such as: Exterior & Interior I did it 15,000 Sq.’ of tiles demolition at the School of Business, also, I had done plenty interior construction work like: I build plenty offices drywall demo and rebuild: drywall framer; hang, finisher, texture (knock-Down) and paint .Therefore, I have a very good reputation and excellent conduct work in Universities also, I worked at F.I.U. Florida International University with an excellent management and very good quality work.

Zarrella Construction.

06/2010 to 10/2011: I worked as a Superintendent at 2020 Biscayne Blvd Paramount Bay Building. In Miami Florida; this project was based in Chinese Drywall replaced 57 floor, of Drywall also, I had to replace the all A.C. units, Sprinklers head and electrical wirings; approximate 570 apartments units, with plenty responsibility and plenty inspections.

Zarrella Construction

03/2009 to 05-2010. I worked as a Superintendent in Broward County (Fort Lauderdale Florida)

Project name The Fountains approx 400 Condominiums, I was in charge of supervise, inspect, verify work quality and safety issues of all Interior Construction: drywall framers, hangers, finisher, with a approximate of 80 employees and sub-contractors such as: Electrical, plumbing, HVAC. And with a very good ability of coordination also, plenty inspection every day, therefore while I was working for this company I made daily report, the tool box meeting every Monday for my all employees.

Therefore: I have 20 years experience in the construction field.
