Proficient with the latest search techniques, tools, and internal database development, Boolean and saved searches and utilize ATS and CRM software and applications

Full-cycle recruitment process and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple requisitions

Evaluate candidates for skills, experience and engage them through the interview, offer, and onboarding processes

MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Google Drive, and shared files

Have an established home office and can function on site, remotely, or the flexibility to combine for a hybrid reporting model

Strong relationship building with candidates, clients, managers, peers, vendors, and those related to business operations

Experience and strategic utilization with third party staffing organizations, and visa guidelines governed by state and local government, contractual hiring and agreements, and security cleared candidates

Professional Experience:

Medical Leave of Absence Mar 2022 - Current

13-month previous work absence due to replacement and reconstructive surgery to my right shoulder to restore it to acceptable functionality. I am pleased to report that by completing rehabilitation, I am now pain free, and eager to bring my enthusiasm, skills, and energetic approach to this opportunity.
