As a Safety Professional, with a 29 year career and the former Corp Safety Director and Site Safety Manager for large construction companies in seven states, I excel in leading organizations and large jobs to achieve and maintain an extraordinary safety culture. I have acted as a safety professional for general and sub- contractors, insurance companies, as a risk management consultant, claims handler and OSHA trainer in the construction field for over 29 years.

I have a comprehensive understanding of how to assess exposure and prevent accidents with a specialization in construction safety, claims prevention, OSHA training, protecting the public and construction management. As a Corp Safety Director with my prior company I was able to reduce the Total Recordable Incident Rate from 4.57 to 1.41 and reduced our Experience Mod in 8 years from 1.44 to .86

I have personally developed and implemented numerous, state of the art safety training programs, new employee orientation, defensive driver training, compliance programs and regulatory training.

I instituted a new type of Safety Appreciation Program in 2020
