Ultrasonic inspection of welded pipes, plates & various kinds of jobs.
UT Thickness Checking for Boilers tubes and walls.

Inspecting Welds using wave (angular probe) and straight beam (T/R probe).
Carried out Ultrasonic Testing on full penetration butt weld joints in both piping and structural works.
Conduct Magnetic particle testing of welds, plates, castings and machined components using yoke method and prod method.
Carried out Magnetic particle inspection on Butt weld, Fillet weld and inspection on Machined components by using different methods like a wet method. Dry method and Fluorescent Method using Yoke.
Thickness measurement in pipes and tubes meant for economizer coils.
Carried out Ultrasonic Testing on full penetration butt weld joints in both piping and structural works.
Carried out UT corrosion checks on pressure vessels and piping.
Carried out UT Thickness gauging on plates / pipes.
UT lamination checking.
Carried out MPT on weld, nozzle and fillet weld and inspected by using different methods like wet method using yoke and prods.
Surface NDT (MPT&DPT) on structural as well as pressure parts on fillet, butt-welds on various materials.
Carried out PT inspection on weld joints.
Maintenance of Daily Reports / Inspection Reports etc.
Coordinate with the clients and team members.
Maintaining a good relation with inspectors and the management.
