To get every check I had to sign that I would not sue them at any future point. I had actually begun driving my son to out of district school placements beginning on 9/2011 but I didn’t know I could get paid/reimbursed for it. The average special needs child in NJ spends 3 hours per day in a bus and I was trying to protect him from that.
