rehabilitation Tech at was responsible for wound care supplies ordered maintained issues also works acute care for

several years geriatric 1996-2003. I was being moved from geriatric fourth floor down to rehab outpatient 2nd floor at

Quentin Mease where I did a little bit of wound care working with the patients on exercises incense organizing the clinic

rotation of new evaluations ordering supplies. I was also assisting and over the project Luke's locker donation of tennis

shoes for our patients on the rehab inpatient unit. 2007 and when my transfer take action from Quentin Mease to LBJ

Hospital is where I been started under Michael Simpson working as a rehab Tech In-Home Wound Care I was also

trained in December of 07 to assist audiology. In 2013, introduced to the functional capacity evaluation program where I

was offered a promotion.

1 attended a clerical school for a month and completed it downtown Houston. I attended HCC in Houston Texas for 2

years. I attended Lone Star for year-and-a-half and in the process of completing my prerequisites.
