Responsible for caregiving which includes changing, caring, teaching, and feeding infants and toddlers. Continuously developing trustworthy relationships with children and parents which is, ultimately, a desirable situation for both parties, as it has led to several jobs where parents know they have a reliable/responsible private home caregiver.
