Laboratory Technician

• 12 Years’ experience in materials testing and quality control of Concrete, Aggregates and Soils in accordance with International Testing procedures and specifications.

• Responsibility for supervising and monitoring the entire assistance technician involved in the process of testing

• Tracking of all equipment's for calibration and taking initiative to complete tasks.

• Evaluate the technician's abilities and diverting them to their strength of interest and skills in different material testing

• Leading soil and agreement division I internal audit,ISO Audit, DAC Audit, A2LA Audit,Ashghal Audit and various other inter lab Testing's.

Sample Coordinator :

• Entertain client enquiries, to validate Information provided by the client and fill-up test request form

.• To coordinate Laboratory capacity or capability as well as the quantity of sample required to conduct the test, assign new project number to mark the sample with the designated project no. and sample ID and forward sample and test request to Laboratory. (After finished test will update Inventory A to Z).

• Entertain Supervising daily activities of sample in and out, unfinished samples and reference samples.

• To coordinate with client the progress of the testing time table / test summary as per communicate by the Supervisor / Sr. Lab Tech / Lab Admin Supervisor and/or LM.

• To maintain and enforce a safe working environment. Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in workplace.

• Checking,reviewing the laboratory test data sheets and field data sheets on a daily basis.

• Preparing and maintaining progress report test summary or test status updating with client.

• Keep the timecards and other routine records

• Work closely with process department for follow up and evaluation and presented reports on trial materials according to designated schedules.
