WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

You are eligible to participate in the plan if you

earn less than $135,000 a year and are not a director or above. You can participate on your first day of your Seminole Gaming employment. New hires are

automatically enrolled at a 6% deferral rate. You can increase, decrease, or completely opt out at any time. If you would like to opt out of your automatic enrollment, you can do so within the first 90 days of your employment. ARE THERE ANNUAL LIMITS?

Yes. The maximum 401(k) Plan contribution for 2022 is

$20,500, as regulated by the IRS. However, if you are age 50 or over by the end of the plan year, you may contribute an additional $6,500 for the year—that’s a potential total annual contribution you can make of $27,000!

HOW MUCH CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE?

You can defer from 1% to 80% of your pretax earnings to your 401(k) account or after-tax earnings to your Roth account.

AN ADDED PLUS!

To help you save for retirement, there will be an automatic 1% increase to your 401(k) retirement plan every January. WHEN ARE YOU VESTED?

You are immediately 100% vested in the contributions you make to the plan, plus any discretionary Seminole Gaming matching contributions.

It is important that you take charge of your investment choices in your retirement plan. If you enroll and do not make any investment selections, your savings will be automatically invested in the BlackRock LifePath Target Date Funds. WHAT IS THE COMPANY MATCH?

You may be eligible for the discretionary matching contribution first quarter after one year from date of hire. Seminole Gaming may make a discretionary

contribution based on a 25% match up to 16% of

eligible compensation.
