Communication & Leadership
I believe a genuine smile and an upbeat friendly attitude is the best way to exemplify excellent skills in communication.
Maintaining a professional mindset has always been a strength for me. I credit my experience in customer service and guest relations for my approach with carrying out tasks such as interactions with co-workers and customers/guests.
I always aim to exceed expectations and realize the importance of completing assigned work in a timely matter.
The most challenging leadership role I’ve had is during my employment as an Event Coordinator. During this job it was a normal occurrence to have multiple events taking place in tandem.
Thriving in pressure driven job scenarios is a vital skill I acquired after I managed a crew of approximately 20 staff members with whom I was responsible for assigning job tasks and ensuring the work was correctly completed.
