Application
Hey there Im again not sure what files you’d need I’ve worked for a fabrication company in Moravia tig welding for almost 7 years. My girlfriend got a new job in management as a GM for an optical company and we currently just moved from Cayuga county to Liverpool. I am very experienced in all types of welding specifically TIG welding. I have my own Miller AC/DC welder and do side work and well as having worked in various states around the country repairing industrial washing machines. Having a lot of good time with heat exchangers, as well as pressure vessels and beverage tanks that are up 30’+ in length. Fitting heads and welding shells is second nature and a daily task in my current job as a shop manager, under the foreman who’s in and out of our shop. I am definitely confident that I possess experience in all of the necessary fields and meet the requirements for this job. To therefor be successful in jumping right in being an asset to your company and any team I may be in contact with on any job in house or on the road in the field. I can pass any weld test 6g etc. I’ve been welding since I was 11 years old. I passed my first unofficial (although by code & correct WPS - my father has up-to-date stamps to this day) 6g welding test at 13 years old. I’m very skilled and have over 6 years of solid experience in flux core applications and hard wire mig also. I can easily join in and produce quality work completed at a quicker pace than most beginner and intermediate experienced individuals I would love to have the opportunity to join your team and show my skills that qualify me as the right hire, opposed to the average applicant. Looking forward to seeing y'all for an interview if selected! Thank you!
Current job duties include referencing blueprints to build object at hand to specs and or built to code. I have taken 2 years of college Drawing Design & Production i.e. CAD Program’s. Including AutoCad, Solid Works, and key creator. I have the credits passing those courses with high marking grades although after completing said courses in high school, after graduating I took directly to the workforce vs schooling. After graduation I got a job at Morfab in Moravia and have been welding there, and accordingly have been promoted further in the company’s positions ever since. I use engineering skills daily, and currently am certified in all position TIG and Mig welding applications. I have been certified (can bring sample bend tests if interested and happily take pre employment weld tests also if need be) and have extensive experience with each individual type of welding including TIG, MIG (standard solid hard wire and also gas shielded flux cored wire for industrial applications typically .045-1/16”) Stick, etc. I’ve been certified in many all position applications particularly TIG in the 6G Position. Mainly building from spec and utilizing all types of welding to complete daily tasks. I feel as if I’m possibly repeating some things, just am a little nervous since I’ve not had many jobs in my welding career but have been absolutely hard working and dedicated moving highly up the ladder at one company. Really not needing to switch jobs until not due yo relocation.
